Manufacturing shouldn’t be a one-size-fits all approach, especially for disruptive food brands incorporating novel ingredients. Before finding The Fresh Factory, one of our clients struggled to find a co-manufacturer that could manage their star ingredient. Other toll manufacturers’ equipment was too rigid and couldn’t prepare their product in a way that matched their finely-tuned recipe.
